The location is ideal, just a short walk from Termini Station. However, the walls are thin, causing noise disturbances.

The hotel offered a great size room with air conditioning, which was appreciated during a warm stay. However, the shower drain was slow, making it inconvenient. The breakfast was quite basic, and the area felt a bit unsafe at night. Still, the staff were helpful and worked to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Chicago, especially the delightful hospitality. The staff were very attentive and helped me quickly check in. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Termini Station, making it easy to explore Rome.

The shower drain didn’t work properly!!! Toilet flush unreliable!!! The towels looked dodgy upon arrival and were not changed when requested!!! Thin walls let in too much noise from neighboring rooms!!!

The property is well-situated near local amenities, providing excellent access to public transport. The quadruple room was impeccably cleaned every day, and the courteous staff enhanced the overall experience. Although there was a minor issue with a leak in the toilet, it was promptly fixed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the 39-degree heat. On a downside, connecting to the free WiFi was problematic, which was a bit frustrating.
